我也来请教：

1、食品工程专业，食品工艺工程师，VET评估哪个职业好？
   年龄33，本科学位，英语水平普通，食品工程专业，大半年前做食品工艺工程师工作经验超过6年，现在也是化工类别的工程师。想做亲属担保移民，是否选择50分的职业类别，走VET即可？不知道食品工程类选哪个职业类别来做职业评估比较好，ASCO代码是多少？（不想做IEA评估，CDR太难写）

2、主申请的配偶的妹妹一家人已经移民澳洲，妹妹的老公已经入籍，有多年工作经验，妹妹在澳洲即将呆满两年，无工作。请问，可否找妹妹的老公做担保人？还是妹妹也符合担保资格？

如果你不想做工程师的职业评估的话，你可以根据自己的实际情况，看看是否满足Marketing Specialist 2221-13，这个50分的职业评估。你的妹妹获得PR后，就有资格担保你了，妹夫没有资格的。祝一切顺利！

我现在拿的是457工作签证，到今年7月底就结束了。但是工作的地方又给了我新的合同一直到明年年底。我在今年3月递交了175的申请，如果到了7月底我的175申请还没有消息，我可以申请bridging visa继续留在澳洲工作吗？谢谢！

Hanson，首先谢谢你的patience，是这样：我今年27岁，2003年厦大会计系本科毕业，近五年都在厦门银行工作，2003.7~2005.1在柜面做柜员（先后储蓄、人民币、外汇、公积金岗）；2005.1～2006.9个人客户经理（个人房贷、车贷、消费贷等信用评估、发放贷款等）；2006.9至今公司客户经理（基于公司基本面、财务报表等信息进行信用评价、信贷额度评估、贷款支用、客户关系维护等等）。。。。准备申请175六十分的accountant，skilled assessment已通过11门。现在问题在于，根据booklet6，得到工作经验的10分则要求过去4年需要至少3年从事nominated occupation or closely related occupation。。。为此也问了不少中介公司，但答案差异很大，有的说不相关，把目前职业算在SOL里，也不可能直接175，建议我找个公司解决（我说这不行。。）；澳洲背景的上海金禾移民公司的首席代表肯定地说没问题，这10分拿的到，只是不能算紧缺行业就是了，她还说九一新政后一个会计毕业从事编辑的申请者都成功移民了。。。我的问题：这10分拿得到吗？不行的话就没戏了！！！期待你的回复，谢谢！（对不起，我也把这个问题贴出来，也听听其他TZ的意见吧？）

我申请886,亲属担保,但是VO要求我亲属的taxation documents. 我亲戚在担保申请中已经 声明自己在带12岁以下小孩,在领parenting payments,无业.
所以就无税可交,这样的话如果出示 这些文件?
还有我亲戚住朋友家, 不用交房租, 那请问tenancy agreements 和 utility bills该如何处理??谢谢!
真的非常急,28天里提交...

准备这样像VO解释下...不知道合适不?
其实我已经做好撤销申请的打算了,因为自己有工作,可能工作一年后也可以独立自主移民..唉.到这步确实可惜了

My sponsor was requested the following documents by VO, but some inable to get:
1. Divorce Certificate
My sponsor divorced in Au 13 years ago and now remain single, could I change her status from "divorced" to "single" by the form1023? Since it had been a long time, it is very hard for her to get the certificate.
2. Utitly Bills and Tenancy Agreements
As filled in the sponsorship application form, my sponsor now lives with her close friend, and they do not have a formal tenancy agreement, which means my sponsor does not need to pay for renting cost, any bills. So she cannot provide the agreements and bills under her name.
3. Taxation documents
As filled in the sponsorship application, my sponsor is now raising a 5-year-old kid, receiving Parenting Payments from government and has no any other incomes. So she has no tax to pay for, and cannot provide the documents.

For these four outstanding documents, it is very difficult, even impossible for my sponsor to provide, so please tell me how to deal with the request from VO.

楼主好专业啊，我也来问：
关于工作经历的问题。原来在一家大型国企集团公司的一个部门工作，正准备提交申请材料呢。这个月集团决定把所属的部门成立一个子公司。
这样的话公章什么的都得变，原来的工作合同是跟集团公司签的，公章也是集团公司的公章。现在如果提交的推荐信、工作证明等材料又是子公司的话会不会被认为材料不真实呢？
而且目前有一个跳槽的机会，如果子公司的事情很容易被认为不真实，如果趁现在子公司的文件资料还没有完全好的时候跳槽会不会比较好处理一点？
估计我这个情况是特例，谢谢了。

关于OFFICE MANAGER的职业描述，参考附加文件，你看看是否符合你日常工作的内容，包含的项目越接近越有更大机会能够通过职业评估，之后进一步申请澳大利亚移民。

你当初申请175签证的工作经验是的是哪段时间的？澳大利亚还是中国完成的？

建议你继续等待175签证结果的同时，要雇主帮助你续一个457签证，175签证可能要到明年初才会有获批的消息。

Specific work experienceYou will be awarded points if you have been employed for three (3) of the last four (4) years in an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL).
You must have been employed:

• for at least 20 hours a week
• in a paid position
• at a skilled level in your nominated occupation or in a closely related occupation on the SOL.

Note: If you are using work experience obtained in Australia to meet this requirement, that work must have been undertaken while you were the holder of a visa authorising you to work.

你有澳大利亚的直系亲属担保申请176类境外的独立技术移民只需要积累100分就能顺利通过的，整个审理过程是1年左右，职业评估是60分，雅思四个6，15分，年龄30岁以下是 30分，这样你就有105分了，顺利通过职业评估，这个签证申请就能确保拿下了。

你不用太担心的，VO和你要的这些材料是不在附加文件的886签证申请文件清单中的，不能提供的材料客气地说明原因即可，租房和UTILITY BILLS只是为了证明亲属在澳大利亚的居住地址，并不局限于这些材料才能证明，你可以提供例如驾驶执照等显示其目前住址的官方文件给移民局。 参考以下说明。
