请问有没有筒子用过澳洲的验楼公司帮忙验收新楼的？一般验楼一次费用多少？在墨尔本，谢谢！

you can contact the real estate agent to do the inspection. they charge you few hundred dollars. but the big problem is they think everything ok and it's not meet your mind standard. in my experience in australia, you can't trust motor saleman, property saleman and motor repair man. especially in sydney....
