I am based on Sydney, so unfortunately I cannot take my car to your workshop for an inspection, which is really shame. Anyway, I'd like to get some ideas about the cost of repairing my car as I really have no idea about cars, your advice would be greatly appriciated!
My car is VW Polo 2000, although it is ten years old, the mileage is still pretty low, around 67,000 kms. It has worked fine, but recently start to show sign of aging. The following is the list of things I'd like to be done:
Change ew tryes (4 altogether);
New break (I was told it is not very good break and it does not break as quick as as I would like it to be);
Change the lock (the middle bit came off on the driver side's door);
Front bumper (paint has been scratched, not sure should spray or replace);
New Timing belt;
Also I notice that some time in the morning, temperature gauge sign (similar to 'F' ) flashing on the dashboard, only in the morning thought;
Sorry for the long list. Your advice of cost will help me make decision of whether I should keep this car or should get ride of it. 謝謝﹗ |
